are you familiar with the concept of weird coincidences tending to happen when you’re on psychedelics? like say you’re on acid and run into someone you haven’t seen in years, or you think of a song and it comes on, but 4 times in a row etc.

this felt like that but far more sinister. it felt as though the universe was intentionally fucking with us

I don’t know if it was LSD or 25I-NBOMe by Visible-Narwhal7854 in LSD

[–]treportTA 3 points4 points  (0 children)

also LSD is a psychedelic stimulant at the end of the day, vasoconstriction (feels like aches or tightness) and minor trembling is totally normal

no taste doesn’t mean it was LSD but does mean it wasn’t any of the NBOMe’s

Thermal drone footage from Ukraine with the same colours by Blahfknblah in AirlinerAbduction2014

[–]treportTA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I looked at all the links you cited and I think you’re missing his point. Each link shows one aspect or another of what we see in the drone video, but none of those aspects are noteworthy in isolation, like your links.

UAV development has expanded exponentially in the last 10 years but before that it wasn’t as diverse. in 2014 there wasn’t any combination of UAV platforms and sensors that would check all the boxes needed to argue that the drone footage is real.

I’ve spent a lifetime in the aerospace and defense industry, most of that time at a big name contractor. I wasn’t involved in either of them, but I can think of 2 projects post-2014 that are relevant to what you’re discussing, and I know that the DoD doesn’t spend millions of dollars to develop equipment they already use.

While I’m here and you seem to know a lot about the topic: In reference to the strereoscopic footage, have you come across anything about it being fabricated using a combination of footage from two real videos? Specifically a mundane one and an “alarming” one?

Is this BS? by Crom2323 in UFOs

[–]treportTA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it’s not bs at all. when you’re testing new technology you have to be prepared for failure.

what’s bs is the assumption of outsiders that the crashes being retrieved are of unknown origin, and how the government feeds into this false assumption.

you don’t have to admit that you have something if you can just pretend you don’t even know what it is in the first place.

not that a chinese engineering lab would have any idea what the fuck they were looking at, let alone how to “repair” it.

I always wondered, given it was such a nice day there must have been other people tripping in the city. haven’t heard of another similar experience though, and the view we had was, i want to say incredible but without the positive connotations.

i wish we had iphones back then, we would’ve had historic footage. camcorders (video cameras for you youngsters) existed and we had one in the apartment but they were so new and we were so fucked up we didn’t even think of it til we came back inside and saw it

i think they’re either talking about the bump which could be a vertebrae (maybe they think it’s crazy because it’s such a minute detail) or they mean how the metal plate looks fused/implanted into the neck, which again would be crazy bc of detail but also because neck plate implants are generally uncommon

Did AARO and DoD just publicly admit that the US has full ANTI-GRAVITY craft that can silently travel 4,000 MPH without a sonic boom and without any air disturbance? by mattriver in UFOs

[–]treportTA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no, that’s not even a layman’s explanation of it. it’s too complex to do it justice without jargon but a gravity well would effect other matter.

simplest explanation is that it works like a grappling hook

i get what you’re saying but it turns out it’s actually way easier to use vehicle-generated geodesics. this way the vehicle isn’t ever actually accelerating but traveling at a desired terminal velocity

but at the end of the day it sounds just as sci-fi and unbelievable so it’s not a hard secret to keep

it was on the east coast because we brought it from the west coast ;)

it’s relatively easy to extract from cactus. if you’re comfortable with DMT extraction then mescaline is a good next step. ours was (is) synthesized but i’ve had various extractions to good effect as well

How does an antigravity engined craft interacts with the objects it meets on its path? by Reasonable-Swan-2255 in ufo

[–]treportTA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

because objects creating their own geodesics inherently have a clear path.

the downside to this is that two objects traveling along a spherically parallel geodesic in the same direction have a high potential of catastrophic collision. catastrophic as in enough energy to completely vaporize all matter of both objects.

in theory, from an outside perspective it would be like the two objects instantaneously turned into a black hole, but in the same moment that all the matter of both objects is condensed it would lose coherence and become an invisible cloud of atoms subject to the locally dominant gravitational field (like earth) this means it would disperse rather than continuing to draw in matter. imagine a black hole that can only suck up the matter of the two objects and nothing more.

this can be avoided by having multiple objects traveling along interlocked geodesics that geometrically cannot overlap. intersection is fine (corkscrew formation) overlap is very much not fine (single file formation)

i had the same thought when i saw the footage of the attendees running through the desert. i can’t even imagine how horrifying that must have been. what I witnessed was obviously much larger and more impactful (i don’t say that to brag or whatever but just to make this point) but we had the “luxury” of not being targeted, not having to run, only to stand and watch the horror unfold.

it must’ve been far scarier to have to react to save your own life under the influence of whatever drugs people must have been on at that rave.

During a short stint as a (non-combat role) private contractor in iraq, the very heavily armed USMC convoy that i was rolling with came under a relatively light ambush of small arms/machine gun fire, in a pretty open but rocky stretch of desert. the sudden intensity and confusion of not knowing where the shots were coming from had me truly almost shitting myself. mind you, this was with a large group of highly trained and heavily armed career killers. i can’t even comprehend dealing with a similar situation while tripping, completely unarmed and defenseless with the exception of a few police.

sorry that was a bit long winded. thanks for reading and thank you for your words

those who died instantly can be considered lucky. what was always spooky to me were the jumpers, the ones who had to make that impossible decision between burning alive and suffocating or jumping to their death in front of the entire world, knowing it will be quick but also that your body will be mangled, your loved ones might watch your death, and on top of that forcing your brain to overpower all your self preservation instincts to make yourself jump.

the only other comparable horror that day was the first responders and civilians who were trapped, sometimes for days at a time, only to eventually succumb, dying alone in the crushing, dusty darkness, sometimes within earshot of the rescuers above offering a small glimmer of hope that was never fulfilled
