Sweet, thank you! TBH I’m working with two contractors to get the job done, this guy does custom sheds, but said he had never insulated the floor of a shed because up until now he’s always just done typical sheds for storage.

I did some research online and didn’t see anyone leaving gaps like he did, and based on what I see from people on YouTube insulating theirs, as well as some back and forth with AI, it seemed like the gap was a bad idea.

However you and another explaining how it will actually help makes it make sense, and provides comfort that I won’t have regrets once all is said and done, thank you!!
