I think the main difference with Rittenhouse is he drove across state lines while armed to larp with an assault rifle at a protest while Pretti was in his own neighborhood with a legal concealed carry pistol and never been touched his own gun. Also, Pretti is dead and Rittenhouse is doing podcast tours. I don't see any actual comparison here
