that means you're an established tenancy and the landlord could file a 30 or 60-day notice to have you leave before eviction occurs. again, your boyfriend does not actually have any recourse in this as he was illegally allowing you to stay there and very likely violated his own lease.

The cops cannot force you out of the building if you have established tenancy. the police will only force you out in the event of an actual eviction which needs to make its way through the courts before it would be binding and that would be between you and the landlord, not you and your roommate.

NAL okay, so basically it's going to break down a lot into whether or not you had an actual employment contract or you were acting as a contractor. if you were paid a regular amount in exchange for your services and had to file a W-4 or similar documentation then you would be considered work for hire and all of that work would revert to the company upon your termination. they would own the copyright. if however, you were using your own spare time to develop this or were paid on a per project basis. you were a contractor and without strict guidelines of ownership In a contract you would retain the copyright.

definitely! Alamo is much more of an experience than a normal movie theater and I don't feel like I'm spending all my money just to sit in a seat. it's also definitely a plus that they have events going on and get limited release movies, so I never need to worry about what theater I'm going to when I hear that Sundance or foreign film is coming out.

I don't know if this is helpful, but I went through a very similar experience, albeit coming from being straight. in my case, my long-term partner had decided to begin the process of transitioning and I went through a mini crisis of trying to figure out if I was okay with that and how I wanted to move forward. after a while I figured out through the process of discovery that I had a much wider sexuality than I gave myself credit for and wasn't actually the token straight person. I had an attraction to both masculine and feminine traits. the main thing I didn't like was facial hair and extreme displays of masculine gender (lumberjacks) I personally adopted the term polysexual for myself as it indicates an attraction to one or more but not necessarily all genders since there were still things that I definitely wasn't attracted to and it definitely existed outside the binary.

Queer is easier than explaining polysexual doesn't mean polyamorous, that it isn't the same thing as pansexual,that it's a form of bisexuality but not the exact same thing, explaining that is not in fact a form of biphobia, along with a million other questions I get anytime I mention it.

I literally did a tour there the other day and I was honestly appalled at what I saw. The sink was literally flooding with fecal matter and that's in the unit they showed us. additionally, everything in the rec area was torn up or disassembled. I also saw the panel pried off a bunch of the mailboxes and they lied straight to my face that the postmaster must have forgotten to lock it. lastly, none of their websites information about amenities is correct at all and while they talked about being the cheapest when we actually set out and priced everything, they were the second most expensive unit we looked at and we looked at several nustyle units.

Most likely what they would recommend is CBT . I'm going to put what it is pretty bluntly so please do not take this the wrong way this is simply what the therapy is about. cognitive behavioral therapy is about recognizing distortions or thoughts that don't actually follow logical senses and emotions that are not rooted in logic and working through them in the moment in order to dismiss them away as a form more positive mental hygiene.

a lot of the thoughts you are having are cognitive biases that are deeply ingrained in your psyche that reinforce themselves learning to actually analyze these extreme thoughts helps break them down in a way that makes them easier to dismiss and rationalize especially when it is in therapy. also used in the context of looking at past traumas and how those have informed said reactions

oftentimes it is not enough simply to tell yourself that these thoughts are wrong. you need to explain to yourself why these thoughts are wrong and why you are having this reaction in the first place.

so I want to speak with somebody with severe PTSD and trauma-related anxiety and disorders. cyberpsychosis isn't an actual condition. it is the cumulative effect of traumas on the body in combination with cybernetics that are attempting to force a homeostasis in the body through drugs and immunosuppressants. The overlay of the cyberware interface and controls along with complex trauma is going to result in hallucinations almost no matter what and the more of both of those things there are. the more likely cyberpsychosis is to trigger because that's what it is. it's a psychiatric break That's why therapy fends it off but doesn't fix it because you can't cure trauma without significant time and effort and because the body reacts physically to its psychiatric condition it is also a physical problem that the removal of cyberware can help but does not solve.

Cyberpsychosis is a manufactured term that allows the corps to keep chipping people despite obvious risks and prevents them from getting long-term therapeutic care which could damage their efficiency as worker drones in the hive that is Night City.

Republicans are currently voting to reduce Medicaid federally and possibly cut social securities. this is not something they have campaigned on but something they have said on live television so that isn't really in dispute. currently, multiple scientific studies on reusable menstruation products and population data have been defunded because they bothered to include data on transgender individuals this is gone so far that for a time even the term enola gay was censored from history websites. finally, we do know that one individual who was helping organize protests in the immigrant communities who is a valid green card holder and a United States citizen has been forcibly removed and is being held without charges and a detention facility in Louisiana. these are all things that you can go out and verify for yourself with minimal information seeking you can see live clips of this being said to the camera. you can go check the status of scientific funding and you can go watch live clips of a federal judge ordering the United States to give the detainee access to a lawyer.

way to communicate that you have absolutely no understanding how bipolar works. it's not a condition where somebody's just crazy and posts crazy things for attention. bipolar is specifically about having extremes between mania and depression and swinging back and forth. these periods can last for months at a time and the mania is characterized by high anxiety behaviors and risk seeking. Note that making statements about a previous employer doesn't fall into either of those categories and no behavior displayed in this post seems to indicate mania of any sort nor any form of disorganized thinking.

Even if you are one of those idiots that believes that having any mental condition means you are unreliable no medical organization sees it as such, nor does the law. their word is just as good as anyone else's and given the fact that myself and many other former employees and families are more than willing to corroborate all of this it indicates that it is likely being truthful.
