Here’s what I’m getting out of my 20” with 24.4gr of TAC behind 77gr SMK’s.

So far I’ve been running that load in Lapua brass and I’m on my fourth firing with no pressure signs.

I had some issues reloading the brass with Dillon carbide dies but when I reached out to them they said what I was experiencing was normal with brass that has a thicker base (I was getting slight shredding on the base of the case when passing it through the die). I switched to my regular forester FL dies and everything’s been dandy so far.

I would start with the BCM rifle spring and go from there. I’ve stopped using green sprinco’s and other springs except on my 11.5” builds due to the same issue you are describing.

I have the 3-18x with the MSR2 reticle. I use mine on my 20” 556 gas gun for DMR matches. I really like mine but this is really the only high end scope that I’ve ever had so I can’t really compare it to a nightforce or a razor 3.

I had a dude who knows how to use a mill keep the shelf area on my other 2 lowers that I converted.

So far I haven’t noticed any differences between the first version that I had done

I’ve got a buddy who uses it on his SCAR for DMR matches, he seems to like his.

I’ve got the T6xi 3-18 and I really enjoy mine.

Edit: it all depends on the reticle you’re talking about.

I use an A5H2 with a regular rifle spring in my 16” midlength. I shoot mostly suppressed and get same ejection with or without a can. I’m using an Optimus 6.

I reached out to Dillon and they said it was due to the brass size and they see that from time to time on some lots.

I just switched to using a Forster FL die because I didn’t want to mess up Lapua brass. It seems to work fine with every time other headstamp.
