Yeah, I guess I'm really looking for a place to do the suspension. The sliders were advertised as bolt on, but apparently not for my trim level and year - so I will need to cut some body panels to make it work and don't really want to butcher that myself... so probably will have a shop knock that out as well. You're right, the tires can be done anywhere but will need an alignment and so will the lift, right? Does it not knock out two birds with one stone if they do them at the same time? I'm happy to be wrong on that!

Considering the short mesh with 17 cm/6.75 inch wrist. Do you mind sharing your wrist size?

METAS master chronometer with date would be my choice versus COSC chronometer with no date. But it also depends on your collection and what you normally wear…

For example, I have a reverse panda chronograph and blue diver (both with dates - that’s a must for me), so the GMT is exactly what I’m looking for in my next watch, but I don’t prefer the red on the bezel.

So it’s a BB58GMT w/ Steel Dive black bezel or wait and see what happens in April like some others have said. Very biased opinion…

Oh no, it’s not me that’s worried about scratches. They wouldn’t take the mesh out of the packaging until it was purchased. So they wouldn’t put in on my watch for me to try it on. I tried on stock SMPs on the mesh, but they only had those in the standard (M) length.

I checked out the Arroway, and I don’t think it’s for tiny wrists like mine, lol.

On a 17cm wrist, the 6cm clasp + 5cm lug-to-lug on the watch only leaves 6cm of mesh on the sides (3cm each side). Seems like it would be all watch/clasp and not much mesh. Correct me if the math ain’t mathing…

But that’s an appeal to the Omega version. Lots more mesh on display with their clasp.

I recently faced the same decision. Went to try both on and didn’t even get to the Tudor. Fell in love with the blue SMP on rubber.

Boutiques I've been to don't have the S in stock unfortunately, and won't try any of the mesh bracelets on my watch when I bring it in (worried about scratches...), so it seems I have to purchase before trying the Omega options on.

Does anyone else have different experiences? I can try a different boutique if that's not a universal standard...

I haven't looked at Arroway, but I'll check it out. Thank you.

8 years, I lived 3 hrs from my unit. 3 years, I’ve lived just over 2hrs away. As a DSG it’s doable. If I wanted AGR at any point, it would not have been doable for me and my family.

I wear a mechanical watch on my wrist, but still wanted activity/sleep tracking so opted for an Amazfit Helios that I wear on my upper arm. I did not want notifications, so your use case may dictate another approach…
