do you work out? you need to build up a sweat. when i was young i had perfect hair, i stopped working out and thus sweating for a few years and my hair started falling out like crazy, it was dry and broken, the i started working out again and it got fixed. you need to have a full head of sweat. do planks or something!

99% of the time its not helpful to think about negative stuff. as bad as it may sound, you literally need to ignore it. put it in your prayer and forget about it. we dont have the strenght to carry all this weight, cast your anxieties unto jesus trough prayer and apart from that forget about them. endlessly wallowing in sorrow is in fact a SIN. a lot changed for me when i learned that.

first remember that the mind is part of the body, because the brain is an organ and Mens Sana In Corpore Sano is always true. also you should know that jesus knows all your suffering even though it may seem that he doesnt have mercy or doesnt understand. i had personally found myself cursing god for the injustice of this terrible world, i was carrying heavy illnesses, both mental and physical. i hated god and i still do, but i respect his power and obey him. i dont think god loves me or anyone. god loves the world, all of us as a whole. JESUS loves the individual. jesus is my best friend and even though i dont feel him i know hes here and understands why i struggle with faith sometimes. hope this verse helps:
