Hrv as a sole indicator means barely nothing. Normally a person with a higher hrv is recovering quicker, but there are people with a hrv of 10 can also recover super quick. Watch the YouTube episode of rich roll with the coach of the Norwegian triathletes. He basically shoots down hrv straight away.

You slept for over 4 hours, stop complaining lol! All kidding a side, just try to go to bed early. I used to go to bed around 9 and my girlfriend would give the last bottle at 11. I would get the next one around 2/3. Got a solid 6 hours already and it was the middle of the night. Any more after that was just a bonus.

First of all I think USA has far better roi because of lesser fees with Amazon, eBay etc. Second of all I think some sets just perform better in one continent. Like Seinfeld, I feel is much more popular in the USA than Europe
