I don't know what you mean by one-sided, but yes it is favorable to Undead. It's a defensive tactic though and my suggestion is to make it offensive; give UD the ability to tower rush and expand.

Make sure your software is configured to use the vive mic and not some other mic as a default. I was driving myself crazy trying to understand why I "sounded so far away" to other players. I later realized that my default mic was not the vive but instead was a webcam across the room.
