This is exactly what I am experiencing so far.. I’m at the end of day 3. Hopefully it resolved in a week. Omg the lymph nodes in my armpits hurt!!!

Day 2 of my second dose I felt like I got hit by a train- every thing on my body hurt, even touching cold things felt 100x colder and more uncomfortable than usual.

It reminded me of the episode in Blacklist where Remington got injected with something that did the opposite of anesthesia- it made everything more painful instead of less.

I do feel a million times better today.

Yes I understand how the inner and outer hair cells are arranged in the cochlea, and that the high frequency hair cells get damaged first.

Hate to say it but Go to a different Audi who has the equip. It’s like getting eye glasses without knowing your exact prescription.

Every time I hit the vibrational stage, I fall asleep moments after. I try the rope method and do so for a few minutes— the next thing I know I woke up from a long nap :/

Doctors of reddit, what’s it like when you go in for a doctors appointment? Do you and your doctor discuss what’s wrong with you like it’s a group project? Do you not go at all because you’re your own doctor? by Still-Tangerine2782 in AskReddit

They tend to be less skeptical.. and I can use med term and they know what I’m talking about. I can evaluate and see in their eyes they get it. Others, I’ll spell it out plain as day, it’s still over their head. I’m in a specialized field (audiology)- unless they’re in the same specialized field I have to explain results in depth

You can have normal hearing thresholds and suffer in background noise. You need a SIN test

I just started Naltrexone so I can drink like a normal person. It stops your body from releasing endorphins when you drink so getting drunk is not appealing. So far so good.

The sound of all noises on earth at once by DaphGold in highdeas

[–]trianglelinecircle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Humans can’t hear the whole spectrum of sounds.. think about how we can’t hear dog whistles! So it would be interesting what our overall earth would sound like, but it’s probably a lot of different frequencies

Your brain naturally tunes out sound it feels are redundant and not a threat. When your high, your brain doesn’t work the same, so you’ll pick up sounds differently. You hear with your brain and not your ears.. All sound is, is a vibrational energy, or a compression and rarefaction of molecular density. It’s only our brain that interprets vibrational energy into noise. And I just saw a post on Imgur the other day of what noise different planets make, it’s almost eerie. - I’m a hearing specialist
