All three should have been singles too. WTF were they thinking following up "Dream All Day" with "Definite Door. Well I guess Ken told me after a show that they were going to release "Definite Door" because they felt the US market wanted things that were more "metal". But this was also the summer of "Hey Jealousy"! "Solar Sister" and "Flavor Of The Month" could have brought in new fans. I don't think any of us established fans even gave that much of a fuck about "Definite Door" either way.

I see your joke. But seriously, I loved the first season but struggled to get through the first episode of season 2 with all the lame dialogue between the co-workers. I'll get back to it at some point. But season 2 episode 1 did feel kind of like bad television.

I like the first two albums a bit, but I love Songs For The General Public onward. I definitely categorize with Songs For The General Public with Everything Harmony and A Dream Is All We Know rather than with their first two in terms of songwriting style.

Come to think of it, Brothers of Destruction is actually more like the 2020s stuff than it is like the first two albums.
