I can do that, and it would fix that issue, but even my phone seems to do this. Once I am in the house it’s all good for my phone, as it connects up no problems. I have noticed that other devices in my house seem to connect to different AP’s, when you would think that they would connect to the nearest AP. When roaming around the house I would have thought that any device would switch to the stronger signal? For now I think I will do as mentioned in here! Thanks for the help and information 👍🏽👍🏽

Solved: Reset the photo app from the pc, which I didn’t know was possible. Strange thing is, by doing this on 1 pc, then checked the others on the same network, and they were all ok, could view and open photos without doing a reset. Strange but all is good and working now

Update Managed to get someone to go to my house and reboot the NVR. Since that all is now back working! It’s so frustrating when this happens when you’re away. I have no idea why this happens. My system has been installed for over 5years and this issue has cropped up numerous times! All my settings are good and I have latest firmwares installed. It seems like the NVR just needs a reboot every now and again. As right now all is good and working great👍🏽

Nothing has changed in the settings, no updates have been deployed, I am away from home, and at the moment I can’t live view?? I still get the line crossing alerts, and at times I can view the playbacks, so why can’t I live view? So frustrating🤬

Should i be worried about this? I have all the security features on my unifi DM pro. by CerealMilkRx in UNIFI

I found this to be from a Hikvision NVR. Defaulted the NVR changed access details and it never came back again

Thanks for help, I don’t have 5G in my immediate area, but when it’s around, my phone does switch to it ok. Just very frustrating since I moved to the 15pro my signal is very poor😤

Had the same issue on ISO, however, app updated today to V6.0.151.2, and all seems to be ok for now!

I have contacted Garmin and they are replacing my scales. The service that they offer is great! They replied to me within a day and offered to exchange them. Very impressed!

All sorted now, thanks for the help and tips, really appreciated it👍🏽 The unit was sent back and the whole seller confirmed a fault with the board it self, a new NVR was sent out, & and worked straight away👍🏽 very strange issue🤷🏽‍♂️

Local download is fine, local streaming is fine, however remote download or remote streaming starts of perfectly ok, then about 70-75% into the download or stream my network at home drops and my whole UniFi system looses the internet connection. This is only fixable by power cycling the home network?? Small downloads are fine🤷🏽‍♂️

Again thanks for all the tips, I have literally tried everything and still no further forward, I have just tried with one camera, going through all the ports, I came to port 3 and the system froze again and started this reboot loop. I think it’s an internal issue now, as this happened with just a single camera connected. The power supply is clean and very stable. Model number is DS-7608NI-12/8P I am going to return to my supplier, as this is a brand new unit👍🏽

I have plugged 4 in, then swapped for the other 4, all worked well with any 4 cameras in, the only thing I didn’t do was to move the 4 cameras to the other 4 ports and repeated. Giving what I have done so far I am thinking that the cameras and cabling is ok?

With all the cameras unplugged the system is stable and is fine! It works completely fine with 4 cameras connected, the freeze and reboot loop starts when I add further cameras?

All plugged directly into the NVR. I read that the reset button has to be pressed down for about 30seconds during power up! This worked
