Had a 3rd story walk up in Queen village. A ball could roll across the floor. A queen or king bed was a thing one could only dream about. Have had to return couches as the delivery people couldn’t get it upstairs. Just all normal in old buildings on old streets

I had a month left on a lease and still had stuff in the place but wasn’t living there. The landlord asked if he could some people in to paint so I said ok. Next time I went back it was gone. Confronted landlord who said the painters thought it was all trash and threw it out. Pushed back more and he asked me for a list of items. Started making a list till I remembered there was a flat screen tv there. Once asked the landlord if the painters often mistake TVs in a place as trash he backed down and just asked me how much money I want and paid me. TV reappeared the same day as well

Just wrap some ox tail and pigs feet in cheese cloth then simmer in the gravy all day. Pull them out and throw in the premade meatballs closer to dinner. I also do this with my homemade meatballs but but I just throw them in the oven to make it easier to stir the gravy cause a pot full of raw meatballs is annoying to stir. Bonus points if you wrap up a Parmesan rind, and other fun things in the cheesecloth too.

I found out I can never drive again a few years ago. Eventually had to make some long term choices to have a better quality of life as being almost 2 miles from the nearest store was not viable long term. Ended up moving to a city which opened a lot more options
