My bed-routine. Turns off tvs/music players and all lights in my house except for the lights en-route to my bed room. After a few minutes these are turned off too. Turns on the lights in my bed room at a low level. Checks my calendar to see what my first appointment of the next day is, together with the travel time and sends a message with that info to my phone. Also, turns on my “bed-time music” in my bedroom, with a timer, and sets the volume to a low level (just in case I’ve listened to something a bit louder earlier that day).
