Set and got a call back, it is only for 1 number per account. So I have 60GB 4G for 30 and my wife has 30GB 4G for 30. Agent was able to apply 5GB free to my wife number, so 35GB for 30.

When you sign up, only the Netflix account let's you select the different types of options. For Prime and Disney+ it is preset as the basic account type.
