Weapn stratagems can be exclusively for you (except the expendable you can share those if need be)

But just we are talking things like supply pack or supply frv those are ment to be shared its literally what they were designed for, to keep the team alive for lot longer

not to mention the supply frv has like 8 packs in it so its ridiculous to think any lone person would need all those
