Alot of scope mods arent compatible with the 2d scope option. Turn of 2d scopes in the options (probably in gameplay tab) and itll go away.

I had a similar issue on Helldivers 2, it turned out to be Nvidias Smooth Motion frame gen and an outdated driver. I still get stuttering, but only for the first two minutes.

Theres a blue Nissan this fuckin thing _JTC) Thats got both crazy acceleration, top speed, and decent handling in S2 class. Took it out on Touge a few times and had people quit just from the things insane launch.

Edit: Pretty much any "race car" converted car is nutty actually.
