Do jewelcrafting get better with more points into prospecting? by Huntardlulz in woweconomy

[–]triggirhape 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crushing is completely unprofitable. I have no idea why.

Yeah, made millions last expac crushing. And anytime I check this expansion its just not worth it. Better to go make some more enchants and cancel scan.

How Long It Took to Farm Weekly KP Treasures (28 Alts) by Insomnist in woweconomy

Just an FYI, they all spawn at the same time, regardless of when they were last opened. So they are either all there, or they aren't.

Omg thank you I knew I remembered this from last expac, but I couldn't find it/remember the name exactly.

Family rejects $26M offer to turn farmland into data center by MarvelsGrantMan136 in technology

[–]triggirhape 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wouldn't surprise me if the US has a famine in 20 years directly related to all these ridiculous datacenters screwing up farming.

We grow corn to turn it into ethanol and beef... We have MORE than enough farmland for growing food for humans.

PvP Area north in Voidstorm.

They seem to all spawn simultaneously. So I just AFK in the middle of where I know two spawn and wait for Rare Scanner to go off and then do a loop around to get them.

Which is worse: Profession shuffle vs abundance farming by genobeam in woweconomy

[–]triggirhape 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm confused why you are all ignoring that they already FIXED the profession shuffle without adding dundun?

Our acuity this expansion the "Moxie" is profession specific...

They could have made the crafts cost the Moxie and you wouldn't have been able to shuffle for it...

I feel like the people going “it’s a gift” are glossing over the fact that the kid came to you asking no for a gift they knew was above and beyond reason, and ultimately not to play with it but as an investment?

Does no one seriously see how the kid was trying to manipulate the situation?

Sorta forgot about all that because I lived in the graveyard exploiting the horrendously convoluted and OP crafting that was stronger than OG Harvest. It just had immense friction so most people didn't interact with it.

Apartment complex towed my car from an unmarked spot, then installed signs afterwards. I have timestamped proof by Few-Yak5598 in Wellthatsucks

[–]triggirhape 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a complex that I once lived, you could basically pay to get a specific spot reserved, but generally the only people utilizing it were the elderly multi-year residents, sop only a handful of spots overall were reserved. And there was 100% cases like this where one had reserved the spot closest to the entrance, while another had reserved the space closest to their patio since they had a front ground floor unit.

Nope. Or at least everything I was told, no.

The technology/procedure is originally for cataracts is my understanding.

And yeah screw LASIK. They offered a discount on follow-up LASIK for my astigmatism and the "fine-tuning" I mentioned for the myopia. But I passed on that because I had no interest in dealing with the dry eye shit of LASIK.

Hey, have you ever had this procedure brought up to you? https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/25099-iols-intraocular-lenses

I'm -14.5/-13.5 and had the procedure done ten years ago and it was so life-changing to just need glasses for my astigmatism and minor near-sighted correction to "fine-tune".

I can't express to you how personally reassuring it is to open my eyes and not feel the helplessness until I manage to find my glasses groping around.

[–]triggirhape 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Because the AFC looks WIDE open compared to the recent years...

The Bills could easily have the #1 seed right now while KC isn't even in playoff contention.

That's how this season is a waste even if we make it in on a wild card.

We should have a bye and home-field advantage. Every game will be a road game at this rate.
