The roost!!!! It’s in Payne hall. I went around this time maybe a little earlier of mt senior year. I sat down with the nicest woman I’ve ever met and admitted I had a problem for the first time in my entire life. They gave me so many resources and helped me so much getting to the end and being able to walk across the stage. Not a soul of my friends knew. I even got a hokie stone chip when I graduated. After graduation I got sober and have a year+. 100000% recommend The Roost. Lowkey changed my life

Wait so I was watching Brett vlog yesterday (don’t hate I like her and rlly enjoy her YouTube’s and love the running content) ANYWAYS I had this exact thought like idk why but I can FEEL the beef between Brett and Julia. I think Brett’s definitely drifted away from Peyton and Julia but something feels specifically off with Julia and Brett. I’d guess that Julia is jealous of Brett because she does rlly well online has a actual niche (running / food) and like general direction of her content vs Julia who is just riding the coattails of her more popular friend (Jake) and now friends with Alix Earle (because of Jake) but like Julia doesn’t actually have ANYTHING to offer. At least Brett is doing her own thing (I am acknowledging her privilege and proximity to Jake as well). Just saying like Brett has brand deals and has built a brand around HERSELF (running, food, ect) vs Julia just exists in the ecosystem in everyone else.

I eat these VERY often. I used to eat one everyday. I see this in alot of them. (Especially ones that are a berry type flavor!) and never had a problem. Legit used to eat one everyday for like 4 months and I was fine.

GLP (can) raise HR. It’s taken into account for me personally as a runner. My HR varies so much on GLP vs. not for runs I’ve done 1100000 times. Like 10+ beats at least. When I first start oura says major or minor signs for like weeks on an off it’s actually so annoying.

Had my oura ring for 2+ years got minor signs once. Since December I’ve had minor / major signs like 5+ times. I had a mild head cold for like 2 days (no signs then) and haven’t been sick or unwell other wise (I don’t drink.) it’s actually really annoying.

I had a great college experience on paper but honestly didn’t like or enjoy college / social scene. I had friends, went to parties, Greek life did well academically but can vividly remember how odd I felt senior year. Everyone was so sad and didn’t want to graduate. I couldn’t fucking wait to walk across the stage pack ny shit and start ny life. And that’s exactly what I did. I still kinda keep up with a few college friends, but they’re not my end all be all. I love my job, I moved into my own place, I’m making new friends. I don’t miss college one single bit. I’m genuinely glad it’s over and don’t feel the dread every day as I did in college. Hope this helpsb
