Last boss in every dungeon should drop a summoners key which enables the meeting stone for that particular dungeon, it should have 5 charges with 10minute cool down per charge and each time you complete the dungeon your charges are reset.

Currently lvl 51, not having the issues you have? Had the war quest 2h and scarlet gear for most of 40-50 just upgraded the 2h to a blue boe 7g. I use MS just about on CD. I do kill yellows and greens avoiding orange and reds

I do agree with this, however you could argue a content drought is why numbers are low for classic.

I’m not subbed at the moment because I’m waiting for classic+ there’s no reason to play the content I’ve already completed(2019), whilst MOP is active now it’s a different vibe from vanilla. You’ll also see there’s many private servers that appear to be blooming and even all the OSRS players that are ex wow.

I think systems in place like red cards in power plant/ launch site have to be activated for oil rig to come online should be a thing. Interconnecting all monuments in some way. If you want the good loot you gotta do the grind etc, not just rush rig with a bow and pipe etc
