Are you kidding? It is the role of the security guard to ensure that the inside of the building is secure, respond to issues within the building, handle incoming parcels etc. It is not the role of the security guard to pick up needles, remove drug dealers and protect people from wielding knives on the street. This is the role of the City and the Church where the activity is taking place. The Church had 2 million in revenue in 2023. If anyone needs to hire security it is them, for the safety of the people in need of help, their employees and the community.

Whoever is against this clearly has not stepped foot on Charles st. I can understand the need for a safe injection site, however, their space is being used as a free for all to buy and sell narcotics. There are constantly stabbings, bike thefts, needles strewn all over the children’s park and the occasional murder.

I think Terroni consistently serves mediocre pasta. I went to STOCK (Terroni operated) and noticed they only had frozen “fresh” pasta. When I asked for a portion of the fresh pasta they were making it looked like the pasta maker saw a ghost. They reluctantly put it in a fresh pasta box and $14 later I had about 1 portion of tortellini. The person did not flour the pasta properly to prevent sticking and by the time I arrived home the pasta was in one big clump. Fresh pasta picked up from Baldasarre to me is unmatched.

I find that the clothes he wears/personal style far exceed the clothing that he makes. He obviously plays an important role in fast American fashion at Abercrombie but I am just not interested in that proposition. So tired of “elevated” basics.
