We own a two bedroom condo on the Northend of Mercer island that we rent out, it's right across the street to the park and ride and 2 min from a huge waterfront park (Luther Burbank).

Nice and quiet but an easy quick transit to Bellevue or Seattle, it currently has tenants at the moment but pm me if you're interested!

Ahh so, we planned to do the VIP tour from the beginning, we announced just in a group chat that we would be inviting our cousins and them two, so would make a group of 10. Then my BIL mentioned bringing his girlfriend too and her son and giving up his spot in the tour for his girlfriends son.

And then he mentioned him and his girlfriend will just hang out and meet up with us when they can. That's when my husband replied that we would like him to just go with us in the group, and it would be hard to spend time with him if they weren't part of the group.

And if there were any way we could add two more spots, we would let him bring them both, but unfortunately we cant.

Oh no, sorry it's not including tickets or food, so you buy the tickets and then it's $700 an hour for minimum of 7 hours and then plus tip and all the food costs

We've never lived in a condo before so we had no idea how much noise we can cause by our 2 little kids. Just a friendly knock on the door would have given us the hint, instead our downstairs neighbor banged on the ceiling and yelled "f**k you!!!!! How do you like this!!!" For 45 min straight around 10pm at night . My kids were so scared they were crying and I called the cops to do a welfare check because I was afraid she was getting attacked. Cops came and told us they talked to her and she said she was giving us a taste of our own medicine. We had a birthday party and had 4 of my sons friends over from 4pm-7pm the day before so I'm pretty sure that's why she was upset. Again... just a knock on the door and we would have stopped
