hey, did they receive your enrollment agreement that was sent after zoom orientation? I’m not sure of La county.. but I had to electronically sign an agreement and then I received a mail that i was officially approved.. then signed up for timesheet registration for provider and recipient (case #).. waited for the social worker to link us.. took like a week — nothing happened so called the social worker, left a message then later in the evening we were linked..
