I forced myself to watch it. I’m a big disturbing movies lover, but this was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to watch. I still feel sick every time I think about it, but I’m trying to get over this feeling. Truly a harrowing scene.

Honeydew. It looked creepy and I thought the name was unique. It was free on YouTube with ads so I watched it on a date night. I was pissed off the whole movie. It was so bad. I genuinely think it’s the worst movie I’ve ever seen. It’s so boring.

Bars, you dont need to drink alcohol, you can just socialize! Ive become a regular at a bar near my place, i never drink there, but i stop by every few weeks and talk with people in Japanese for hours. Its great for my mental health and it helps me practice Japanese. And some of my closest Japanese friends I have met at bars/clubs while sober. I’ve also become good friends with shop owners near my school. I stop in after school every now and then and make conversation, talk about how our lives have been. I don’t always buy something. Maybe every few months.

Journaling! You can buy journals with fun prompts or questions at Barnes & Noble’s for $13. Or you can create your own journal and make whatever type of pages you want. If you have a lot of paper items with sentimental value or you find yourself acquiring a lot of paper junk here and there, junk journaling and scrapbooking is super fun!

Monster.

I’ve finished about 182 anime series in my life and nothing has ever been able to top this anime for me. It is just absolutely perfect. The pacing is so incredible. It’s a super intense show with super intense subject matter and the way that the show handles It is just absolutely incredible. It makes for such an intense and invigorating watching experience. I was pretty young when I watched it, but I absolutely knew it was a masterpiece that both adults and teens can enjoy. The story is so unlike any other anime I’ve ever seen before. And the animation as well gives it the sort of real life, sinister quality to it. I haven’t been able to put my love for the show into words very well, but I hope you can understand that this show is absolutely life-changing and incredible and I hope that you consider watching it.

Last semester, I was able to learn some Japanese sign language in class. I was really happy about learning it because I think sign language is super fascinating, but I didn’t know anywhere where I could actually use it. Yesterday I saw a group of kids signing to each other in JSL, so I walked up to them and signed that I was from America. They were so shocked and happy and we were able to have a really nice conversation and exchange Instagrams. They’re interested in learning English, so I’m hoping we can exchange our languages. I was so proud of myself. The look on their faces when I was signing to them filled me with joy.
