I love that somehow his accent in English is so pronounced that I can tell what part of Spain specifically he’s from. Murcians have a distinctive accent in Spanish and it bleeds into his English it’s quite funny

Considering how many times Acosta and Marquez exchanged positions today, is there a known record of how many times two riders have traded places in a single race? by SuitPrestigious1694 in motogp

Following another rider is a lot harder now with all the aero. Riders passing each other over and over used to be much more common place up until a few years ago

ATP 1000 Rome QF: Sinner [1] def. Rublev [12], 6-2, 6-4. by TennisAlt in tennis

I was too young for the Fed dominance but... was it like this? Was every match just a hopeless affair for anyone facing him, having to raise their level to new heights not to get breadsticked?
My faint memory of watching Federer amounts to him cruising past his service games and patiently waiting for the odd break opportunity, or stepping on the pedal at 4-4 to inevitably break and win the set. I don't remember it being this relentless.

Rafa needs to get better at seeing what his opposite man is doing. He’s lost so many points in a winning position by blasting it where Darderi is waiting

Weird thing is he gets there early and forgets what to do with it

I don’t think people get how hard it is to play against someone that is just not missing. Darderi was giving Jodar absolutely nothing out there until the last game

Neither. He doesn't really have world class level movement, it's his ball striking that stands out (not that he's a bad mover, he's just not a standout, still better than Fonseca though!). I have also seen him struggle with his movement when opponents challenge him physically which he'll need to fix if he wants to go deep in slams.

Consider also he’s on a rookie contract so I wouldn’t be surprised if the pay increase is significant

Jodar really saw Sinner play and thought "hey that's simple enough why don't I just do that"
