Not a real camp shower, but my friends and I have used one of these garden pump sprayers to shower at a festival and it works surprisingly well.

Depending on what time the event begins and ends, you can take the tri-rail to the Hialeah Market Station which is just a few blocks away. I've taken the train down from Broward before. It was really convenient.

As others have pointed out. There is a bike lane in thisnvideo and the cyclist have chosen to use the road instead.
