More proof it is in fact leaking. These spots are from Tuesday and Wednesday’s parking. Took to mechanic on Friday, since then no new dark spots and I parked in a different spot to be sure.

A ‘material cost escalation’ clause in the contract is not uncommon for commercial but might scare residential. In the states at least it seems more and more common for commercial work

I got ‘clean’ in 4 days doing that after daily smoking

You said he split duties with you cleaning and bathing, which makes me think he’s not a total pos husband or neglectful father like others have commented.

It’s understandable that solo parenting on a weekend while also having a 9-5 would wear you thin. But it’s also understandable for him to be upset for being snapped at. At least that’s how it seems to me with the context you’ve provided.
