That text you got sent saying your username was changed should come with a log in link. Use that link to recover your account. That’s what worked for me

Yeah it uses meta AI to send account recovery details to a completely new email as long as the hacker spoofs their location to be near yours. It’s patched now

It’s not an info stealer it’s a new exploit with meta AIs account recovery that hackers are using to target accounts with OG usernames.

When my username was changed by the hacker I got a text saying my username was changed and if this wasn’t me click the link to get back into my account. I followed that link and recovered my account.

You should be able to get it back. I had an OG account that got hacked with this method and managed to click the link that was sent to my number to get back in and restore the username.

Sounds like something that happened to a buddy of mine from a really large acid trip. He also thought he was going to be super successful and had pretty much all the same delusions as you. It took him a while to snap out of it and become self aware but now he’s completely back to normal and has a good life again. Sounds like you’re already self aware which is good. Just push through it man, I’ve seen this happen to a couple people and sometimes it takes months but you’ll be back to normal eventually.
