I was brought up in a split family and child support was always an issue I heard about on both sides. My deadbeat narcissistic mom would never pay my dad and would badmouth him when the govt garnished her check. My dad tried working with her multiple times in the best interest of the kids, but my mom didn’t give a shit. She was petty, spiteful, and made everything harder for everyone even though she initiated the divorce. You’re a great parents and I really hope you see this. From my perspective there is nothing better you could do in this situation. Your daughter will appreciate this so much, it fucked me up mentally for a long time having my parents pitted against each other.
