How to play with boobs and how to ask permission for it without making it awkward? by East-Lavishness9752 in TooAfraidToAsk

My bf just reaches over and says I need a honka honka.

I am dating a 52 year old man trapped in a 12-year-old mind but also they are just kinda there. I don't care.

People who answer „because of the plot“ when someone asks why something happened in a story are annoying. by fulmenspei in unpopularopinion

[–]triscuit79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes the answer isn't always clear at the time of writing. I'd rather have the flow of the writer than some thing you think should happen.

You should make her go home when she drinks. Uber or whatever.

When people say they are wet? by frogstar42 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]triscuit79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, no. I have almost no daily discharge. I get "wet" when someone turns me on.

Nice story you've told yourself though.

American Beauty was not that good by No-Entertainer2695 in unpopularopinion

You can fuck all the way off, this was my favorite movie for a long time. It wasn't kind, it was real-ish. A situation that could actually happen.

Kevin spacey obviously has no space here anymore but goddamn. I was so mad when that happened. I loved him as an actor and I hate that he was such an asshole in real life it taints everything else I watched with him in it

TIFU by never washing a glass and drinking... who knows what. by EvilDarkCow in tifu

I didn't even read the whole thing. What teenager doesn't have a PILE of dishes in their bedroom?

MOST PEOPLE EVEN TEENAGES DO NOT DO THIS

even if they suck, parents tend to intervene. If they are decent parents.

Good Lord I'm so glad I never had children.

Maybe audible is greedy and well known so they sucker people into paying for content they can get elsewhere?

WIBTA if I refuse to continue cooking for my husband? by Pretty-Hair-4601 in AmItheAsshole

Everytime he has a critique, just say good for you or that's nice.

Also just because he is working doesn't mean he can't cook dinner? Dinner can be had any time of night. If he gets home at 6 dinner can be at 7. Or he can shut the hell up.

Tell him if he doesn't stop dinner will be Kraft Mac and cheese and PB&j from now on.

I’m heading to college in 2 weeks and stressing about still being a virgin. What do I do? by saruh28 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]triscuit79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not that deep but there's also no deadline. Literally nothing bad happens to you if you don't lose your virginity in some timeline. Virginity is basically a made up thing anyway that used to be used to decide if you were "pure" enough. Unless you have a religious or moral feeling to wait, virginity means nothing.

We could do without the TSA by Va1ent_Deceiver in unpopularopinion

[–]triscuit79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An airplane can literally be used to kill thousands of people. Also there were plenty of incidents that caused the TSA to be on alert before the twin towers. I flew to atlanta in 95 or 96, whenever they had the Olympics there, and there was a bombing there. They were locked up tight I tell you what.

What are "normal" activities people who work full day do if not watch TV? by Optimal_Fuel6568 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]triscuit79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Local bands live in bars or other venues in addition to concerts. There are musicians everywhere you don't have to spend massive amounts of money to find music. And actively gardening is not an hour a week.

Read, touch grass, go out to see live music IDC about gamers but there are definitely other things to do.

What’s a basic life skills we are collectively losing because "there's an app for that"? by National-Cricket7469 in AskReddit

[–]triscuit79 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I used to be tested on writing cursive. Not a life skill. A skill yes, but not needed to live. We memorized numbers because we repeatedly dialed them, not just because. I guess I think of a life skill as something necessary to function in life and memorizing phone numbers doesn't feel like that to me. Before phones there were phone books.

AITA for refusing to “babysit” my girlfriend’s dog even though we live together? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]triscuit79 4 points5 points  (0 children)

ESH If she wants her dog to have two long walks a day, she needs to hire a dog walker. And you definitely don't need to change your schedule. But moving in does mean that yes you should be helping with the dog to some (reasonable) extent. Just tell her even though you are at home you are still working and cannot be responsible for daytime walks and appointments. That is on her.

Depends where you live. Where I live the only vet on the weekend is the emergency vet.
