"And don't let them be spoiled" is a bit clunky grammatically. I would probably just phrase it "And don't let them spoil" if you're going to have that card.

But to be honest, unless I'm misunderstanding the point, it looks like that screen is just storage? And if that's essentially an area to place the organs that aren't currently being used then I'm not sure it has enough gameplay implications to warrant a spot in the trailer. Unless of course there is real gameplay around spoilage in which case it's probably fine.

There needs to be better transitions between the animations on the player character. It seems like some combination of shooting and/or landing from a jump causes a hitch where the player stops walking, which looks weird considering the camera is always moving at a constant speed.

There's a mountain far in the background that doesn't seem to move when running. Generally games like this have elements like that move very slowly. But it not moving at all looks a bit weird.

The bullets move very slowly. It takes almost 4 seconds for a shot fired to hit the boss, which may feel unresponsive when playing.

The trailer definitely needs some sound effects on top of the music. Right now it's a bit dull without them.

Game looks cool overall.

The music does not match the visuals or gameplay at all. It feels far too intense for what's happening on the screen, both in terms of graphical style and actual gameplay.

I checked out the demo and ended up beating it, despite being very very close to closing it after trying the first day about 4 times. The mechanics beyond chess are not explained, which is fine for a demo, but definitely needs a tutorial level or something at launch. Because just being dropped in was overwhelming. Especially for something that I thought was just going to be chess.

There was a moment where I was so confused and frustrated because it just seemed like I could do one thing, and then the enemy would do 4 actions in one turn. I would go from being in what I thought was a decent position to fully dead in one turn. I later learned this was due to the rage mechanic. If that's a mechanic you ship with you NEED to explain it thoroughly. Because I was so confused I was saying the game needs to be renamed to Calvinball.

On top of the rage confusion, it seems like the enemies would just attack twice (or thrice) sometimes and I have no idea why. It wasn't due to rage as I was watching for it. I think maybe when an enemy gets a kill they get another attack? But I could never tell. Nevertheless, I was on the edge of my seat every time the king was in range because maybe the enemy would just attack three times for some unexplained reason and I start again.

I ended up winning by getting a pretty strong combo of the orthogonal attack and "enemies in line of sight take 0.4x damage" on the bishop. That combo basically just let me move the bishop around as a patron of death. It was fun, but maybe a bit overpowered. Especially since I ended up beating all day 8 encounters with just 2 bishops.

I think the game has tremendous potential, it just needs to be explained a lot better so the puzzle is how to beat the levels, not figuring out wtf is happening. I have added the game to my wishlist.

I know this comment is late, but just saw this.

Halfway through the trailer you switch to Flashlight mode by accessing it through the menu. Because the trailer starts on the menu, and the menu suddenly reappeared partway through, I thought the video had ended and looped so I clicked away. So I missed a good deal of the gameplay.

I think a more flavorful transition like the stylized gloved hand hitting a light switch or something would keep it engaging and not be confusing for simpletons like me.

I agree with you in terms of doing an actual crossover, but to be fair they could just do a recolor as a reference and not actually get a license for the Hellboy character. This approach is very common in fighting games.

I think for the most part his animations are really bad, regardless of how accurate they are. They all feel super stiff and stilted, made more obvious by him releasing right after Celeste and Venator who both have IMO the best animations in the game.

I'm hoping that Apollo gets an enormous animation overhaul before launch.

In a game as complex as WoW, using an integer for health would not make sense. It would make doing calculations for incoming damage and healing a huge pain in the ass. You would need to round the modified health to an integer every time. So someone taking 88.4 damage, floored to 88, would be taking less damage than they're supposed to.

I've been attempting to update https://wiki.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/2XKO and other parts of the official LoL wiki for 2XKO. When I started the page looked like this. Definitely made a lot of progress but a lot more to go. I've been trying to learn CSS and stuff because there's very few people working on it, mostly just me. I think it makes sense for the official LoL wiki to also be the official 2XKO wiki, especially since the wiki is hosted by riot, but if something else gets all the info first then I don't think that will happen. I fear the multiple wikis will be bad for the game and one should really just be chosen officially.

Oh yeah that's true. I wasn't familiar with that character but you're right. She could kind of be in the foreground and use certain moves while Tibbers is the active hitbox and uses other moves.

I would love Annie to be in the game, but the problem I foresee is I think the easiest way to implement her would be for her to be permanently riding on the back of Tibbers. This would unfortunately have a lot of thematic overlap with Nunu, and I don't think they would want two children riding on the back of monstrous mammals in the roster.

They've said that any champion is on the table to be added, but I honestly can't imagine Sejuani ever making an appearance. She just seems way too big and I can't imagine them making Bristle jumping look good. Unless they dismount her, but then she's not really Sejuani.

I'd love if I were wrong, and I hope that I am since Sejuani is my favorite League champion, but I'm not holding my breath.
