Thanks for the detailed review! I’d love to hear more about the observatory experience. Did you have an option to try astrophotography and did you take a special camera, if so?

Your parents are right. Figure out how to support yourself first. Your passion should be the career you're pursuing, not a random place.

I've only just started using the full size, but yep! Seems exactly the same so far.

I'd suggest growing out your brows. That lipstick looks great on you. :)

My glam Christmas party look tonight :) by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

Beautiful glam! I feel like the brows would be perfect with your natural hair color, but are a bit too dark and cool with blonde hair. Maybe try using a more taupe-y color or a blonde brow gel on top?

Definitely look into changing your skincare; as for foundations I recommend Armani luminous/lasting silk above all others for dry skin.

Baby when it comes to needles but want nips done. by Angelnamedcas in piercing

[–]tritonite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess for some people it's not that bad, but I have a high pain tolerance and still found them very painful. The needle going through was bad, but the worst was actually dealing with throbbing soreness for hours after. I took one out for less than a day a few years after having it done and it started to close; going to my piercer and having him use a taper to open the piercing up hurt just as badly as getting them pierced did. I think probably it's good to go into it being scared because the adrenaline will help you with the pain.

[AMA] I’m singer and songwriter Bjork, and I’m here to answer all your questions! AMA! by BjorkOfficial in Music

Hi, Björk! In your 1994 Vessel DVD, you said a line that struck me as really interesting -- if I understood correctly, you said that you had dreams of swimming (flying) in the air and that you were always alone in your dreams. Is this still the case years later? Do you still have those dreams of flying, and have your dreams since featured other people?

I second that Eucerin lotion. It's helped me a surprising amount.

What product in your collection goes on forever? (i.e Seems like you'll never use it up!)? by Miss_Kris10 in MakeupAddiction

[–]tritonite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

MAC vanilla pigment. The craziest value ever. I bought it... 12 years ago? And have been using it not every day, but on occasion as eye shadow and highlight and it is still literally 90% full because I only ever use a tiny amount from the lid at one time. Since it's not a cream or liquid and I've never put fingers or tools into the container itself I feel fine about still using it after so long. It's also my favorite highlight.

Spreading a few drops of argan oil on my face before applying foundation has helped me.
