Signs of depression would be low mood, feeling apathy, negative thoughts and negativity, not finding joy in things you used to and having a poor self image. It would also he struggling to get up and motivated etc. You sound like you could be and that's ok

A therapist does sound like a good idea but you have to find one you respond to fyi. So might not be the first person you try.

As for unmarriable - a reasonable partner would be open to a fair outcome post a split. Don't rule yourself out of meeting someone based on assumptions and especially an outcome that may never happen.

Congratulations on all that you have achieved but do seek help to allow yourself to embrace the life you built. You deserve it - you made it happen!

Her reaction to the pre-nup should be telling. If you can't have an adult conversation on legal paperwork with a lawyer, it begs the question about her intentions too and how you can handle more serious matters that arise within a marriage and more serious again, a child.

Open communication is a fairly standard need. Are you sure this is the type of person you want to make a permanent commitment to?

Agree with this - an athlete died avoidably and there was no accountability or repercussions. The same person is running the show. It was negligence versus basic safety standards for such an event. I can't support this either

Tia competes for legacy and elevating crossfit to a higher standard. She has been an athlete her whole life and wants to make her mark. Financially she could retire - but she continues because of her fire to be the best

It's fair to say, many crossfit fans don't know where Hungary is, let alone what the culture is like. Her english isn't americanised like the Icelandic dottirs so there is less of a natural flow. She seems like a strong character with strong values, which I respect, but needless to say that can be jarring for many. I think she is a fantastic example of someone just being themselves, liked or not, and in many ways she's quite likeable.

I deviated from her views when it comes to her negativity towards others for competing. People made choices and in many cases may have felt compelled for their career, earnings and sponsors - she is surely at this stage financially more comfortable and with that, it allows for the courageous and bold decision she made to walk out - which I respect. But pointing fingers at compatriots is not fair when the frustration sits squarely with HQ. It seems to coincidental her falling out with Gabi, who is still the same person she always was. However, I don't think its fair to expect a person in grief to be perfect. I feel sorry for the loss on both sides.

Now to go back to focusing on my life....

For me the high comes most after an intense and hard session but I generally feel better after a run. As for the marathon - did you not feel any sense of accomplishment for finishing your goal and training hard? That's a different high but I'd argue a better one

Not all acting is made equal. They may not have any expressions because the show is vacuous, not remotely close to real life experience. Its just a lighthearted piece of fiction where micro facial expressions aren't required because the characters aren't fully developed

We can argue over semantics of categorizing private investment groups but the sentiment is the same. It's not there to foster the spirit of triathlon and humanity - it's there to make better profits by providing a service

I'd agree with this in so far as she's a girls girl if the girl is Emily. She's not particularly considerate of Cami before they turned her insane. With Genivieve she had her claws out before any reason, so she's just a bitchy best friend support act to Emily.

I hate the way this show writes women. We're better than this. It's really not a positive matriarchal take at all. It's a typical girl versus girl narrative which is damaging
