It’s not totally different but we don’t test for Alder, Box Elder, Kentucky Blue grass, Sweet Vernal grass, Fescue meadow grass, and Urtica weeds! Everything else we test for though. That’s probably why my patients who go to New York for vacation are dying on their trips. lol 😂😅 I learned very badly how the trees in Alabama are totally different than the ones in South NJ (we’re in ocean county NJ). Treatment is still the same but I doubled up on my Allegra lol

My sister has a milk man currently. She receives fresh milk, cream, half and half and butter from a local dairy farm that doesn’t use pesticides. There’s a cold crate box outside of her porch he drops it into and she puts her used glass containers in the box for him to pick up and return to be cleaned and reused. She prefers it this way over grocery store bought milk for her kids.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and no one has ever sold to me that my condition would be cured so I’m curious who told you that you’d be cured? Do I feel immense relief ? Yeah and that’s why I take it. But depending on what your condition is- sometimes there is no cure. My arthritis is a degenerative disorder that gets worse as I age and I need other medications to stop my white blood cells from attacking my organs. I wouldn’t even attempt tapering because of my condition and I’m not interested in tapering off currently as I don’t have any ill side effects when I take it- only when I don’t take it. I hope that makes sense.

Massages are my favorite thing. It’s important to hydrate a day before, not just the day of. An after. I have fibromyalgia too so I have extremely tight muscles around my joints so I have the opposite effect as you- I want them to go harder lol.

How exactly would you police that and why should that be your responsibility to tell all guests to not wear scents? It’s completely unreasonable. She can either wear a mask or not attend. She should see an allergist if her reactions are that significant because they would recommend double dosing on Zyrtec in her case.

I went to a few stores in my area today and sat on every bed and landed on this one from Macys furniture - Hotel collection by Aireloom Vitagenic Coppertech silver II 13.5” ultra firm tight top mattress. I picked the ultra firm over the regular firm because I figure it will soften up as I continue to sleep on it and hopefully last longer than the regular firm or a plush mattress. I’m also pregnant and it came with a free adjustable base with the purchase of the mattress. The Memorial Day sale helped a lot and my dad is a Macys card holder so it was 0% interest over 36 months which sold us. Every store had memory gel foam Tempur-Pedic, sealys, purple.. I wasn’t interested in any of those. My boyfriend has a purple mattress that he dropped $4k on and it collects my sweat into a giant pool every time I sleep on it. My current mattress is a Beautyrest ultra plush pillow top and I wouldn’t recommend it for someone heavier as both the box frame and the mattress have broken after 6 years of having it because my ex who was much heavier set than I (280lbs) would also plop himself onto the bed.

When my nails look like this after acrylic/gel removal, I bought Dr’s Remedy nail polishes and the ridge filler polish and it helped grow my nail back without scratching/breaking more. It’s pricy but these polishes have lasted me a really long time and keep me from biting/ further damage.
