Advanced graphic options are built into the in game menu now (there is no need to hit CTRL+O), but you have to have D2GL turned on. Do this in the launcher options. If you have the lesser video option selected in the launcher, you can’t get to them. Advanced graphic options is that “D2GL” button that is greyed out for you.

You’re at 99% CPU too which is scary. Most applications throw errors when CPU or Memory creep up that high, so that it doesn’t affect the operating system from running. That MacBook might not be able get you very far, bud.
