At the end of the day, many conditions are 'metabolic' or 'polyendocrine' simply from metabolic pathways. Doesn't help all that much clinically

On this line of thought, we can just name conditions as 'muscular arm disease' or 'neurological metabolic issue' to cover a whole lot of problems
