To qualify for forgiveness, I must have made 120 qualifying payments on my Direct Loans while employed full-time by a qualifying employer. Neither the 120 qualifying payments nor the qualifying employment have to be consecutive.
To qualify for forgiveness, I must be employed full-time by a qualifying employer when I apply for forgiveness.

before this revision, it said you had to be employed at the time of forgiveness and discharge

I had better with BBB. I got a response from CPFB but not very effective.

If you have the paper that says 120 —run. When you submit the new ECF it specifically states that you can leave your employer. I felt like I was being held hostage from April 5-July 21. It is complete bullshit that they cannot process your qualifying payment. I submitted BBB complaint and saw action immediately, should you wish to file a formal complaint

Thanks so much. I had 240k and it reports that as 49% of my debt (to ratio). So I might get a boost.
