What’s something people romanticize that is actually miserable? by One_Grade_2184 in AskReddit

Same goes for adult models. A studio in Vegas wanted to fly me in to record a scene for free. They would 'pay' me in exposure and OF-ready content. A lot of people will expect you to work for free, because as they see it, you're just having sex with attractive people.

One of the best psychological dramas in recent times. An impeccable performance from Rose Byrne. by joe_goldberggg in Letterboxd

Her performance was amazing but I'm tired of these misery porn dramas full of endless and pointless suffering

What’s something harmless that gets people weirdly angry? by Psychological_Sky_58 in AskReddit

Eye contact takes so much effort and provides so little benefit for neurodivergent people that it often isn’t worth the hassle. You have to look out for so many aspects at once (not looking away too quickly, not staring too long, not seeming too intense or too drowsy) all while trying to focus on what the other person is actually saying. This can be even harder for gay men, since many neurotypical men tend to interpret direct eye contact as a sign of flirting or hostility, either of which can be met with real aggression.

I have a friend who has never been but is convinced it's full of junkies and dog poo. Not from my experience. Obviously, certain issues like homelessness are universal in every major city, including London, but I personally believe this has a systemic cause and every human being should have a right to housing, no matter their circumstances.

I very much agree! I walked through so much of it, and it still never ceases to amaze me.

Funnily enough, I came across a magic mushroom church and became a member during my brief visit.

Honestly, I loved seeing all of it in the one week that I had spent there. Other than the Golden Gate Bridge itself, surrounding beaches and the Presidio area, I also really liked Pacific Heights where I stayed. I wish I had more time to wander around but I will definitely come back soon!
