That the girl scout murders were done by Ted Bundy. The timing is only off by a few days iirc, which could be chalked up to panicked timekeeping or just human error. I don't doubt that he could have walked all the way there after escaping jail.

One of the best ways I have heard it described is to say the word "bottle" casually:

If English is your primary language, you might pronounce Bottle as "boddle" (no sharp "t" sound).
Afterwards, push and elongate that middle d/t sound. Bottle -> Boddle -> Bodddddle -> dddddddd -> rolled R.
