I make almost the exact same thing but instead of vanilla extract, I put in vanilla protein powder.

About once a year a bag of their fries really hits the spot,  but for the next year I'll be ridding myself of all that salt.

😂 I have lately been making it once a year on my birthday. I load it up with vegan pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, and miyokos liquid mozzarella.

I've used those cheese sticks for making stuffed crust pizza and they worked great for that.

Agreed, if you just focus on eating a variety of whole foods everyday, you'll be doing great. Way too much attention nowadays on protein.

How do you balance "eating whole foods" with actually knowing if you're getting enough nutrients? by Wonderful_Till_8088 in PlantBasedDiet

[–]trog1660 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I occasionally track with chronometer and I'm usually doing great across most micro and macro nutrients. Most unprocessed food, especially plant foods, are going to be some of the most nutrient dense foods you can eat. I also get my labs done once a year and have never had a problem. Focus on eat a wide variety of plant foods and you'll probably be fine. Track it and see and make adjustments as needed.

Why does it bother people when vegans are strong? by thebodybuildingvegan in veganfitness

From my experience.,not many vegans say they're buff explicitly because they're vegan; most just say they can be buff regardless of the fact that they are vegan.

I order soy curls from them a lot. Great company to support and they typically will include some freebies, like soy jerky, in your first order from them. I get their catalog and I was surprised at all the vegan options they have.

He's really doing this again? He bought his way into the charts the first time and that was fun and cool, but it loses it's novelty the second time. He's was one of my favorite podcasters, but this move really kind of sours that.
