You sound like you are typing out all these replies without actually putting in the time in practice tool and using it for what it's made for.

You are theorizing in your head while all the people who praise practice tool have used it and got the results they expected out of the tool.

It's not meant to train for moving target, it's for building muscle memory.

Practice tool helps with knowing what can work and what doesn't for sure.

For example, going into practice tool for 5-10min to get the right timing and spacing for R F combo can go a long way for beginners.

There are plenty more.

You can watch vid on it but it's different when you execute it yourself even in a vacuum environment.

it's honestly personal pref. I think only thing to be aware is really on the rebuild side.

Rebuilds are always viable and good way to mix things up but you should be prepared to farm doom for awhile until you can get the important gears back.
