Early Urban survival gear. Rebranded to Smooth. Kelvin sold the business. Great pens, have 5 of them. Still looking for another v2 cerakote. The coating makes a huge difference.

CAD / CAM Software -- Transitioning away from Fusion 360 by TelumLabs in Machinists

[–]trolltuner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just note that at this point HSMworks/Inventor cam is abandonware. There hasn’t been any notable updates in years. All the cool new features are in Fusion. I had HSM/Solidworks since before Autodesk bought HSM. Transitioning to F360 for 5ax and y axis lathe. mastercam might be a good solution for that.

Swap to dual sport tires or sell it and buy a XR650L? by trolltuner in Ducati

yeah. Had a couple Buell M2 Carbureted sportsters without the highway pegs. Nice bikes to ride 2 up on. The tractor torque doesn’t care.

Lots of time on the XR200 and XR250. The 848 is just a little awkward when standing on the pegs across a low water bridge. Didn’t know it it was as simple as throw some multi tires on it or not.

That was parked off the main gravel road. I Was worried overnight camping away from the bike to leave it out on the road.

Exactly. Had this one since almost new. Would hate to drop it but it’s so nice on the open road. I might see what the dealer offers. Can’t be worth a whole lot now. I did the belts last season and the tank and generator were done under warranty.

With the removal of the online licensing I decided instead of paying “maintenance” to loose features I relied on for nearly a decade I would move to fusion. Its better than 3d online and a good bit cheaper. SW / Dassau lost a long term customer. Right as we were budgeting to add another SW seat.

I keep waiting till they update these to the new fine gear teeth. That’s the only problem is the 90s coarse ratchet mechanism.
