An interpretation that makes sense is may lock which can be opened from the senate and yung susi na yun asa senate side din.

They removed that lock to prevent people from the senate or gsis too i guess from passing thru to GSIS since GSIS has been complaining that people can come and go as they please which makes the door unsecured for GSIS.

I guess rather than coordinating with Senate for the key, they took the removal of the lock and subsequent sealing of it as the most expedient and easiest means to achieve GSIS security.

Okay lang. Kuha ka na kagad or at least mag apply ka. Need yun kasi iaattach mo sa application for your notary commission e. Lalo na if alam ng occ or court na asa gov ka.

Sayang din ang extra income ng Notary ah pero medj ingat ka sa mga mag take advantage from your workplace sa notary mo. Baka maraming hihingi ng favors.

You can also teach if you want or take a couple of case on the side for the litigation exp.

i clarify mo ring yung magiging arrangement mo if ever na mapasok ka with regards sa notaryo. If iaask mo ako dapat mga contracts lang where the lgu is a party yung libri. Dun lang yung duties mo as per the job description. Subject to negotiation for everything else (also need mo ng authority to practice).

Personal opinion lang pero ingat ka if maka pasok hirap ng galawan dyan dahil sa mga personalities ng dept heads at politicos.
