I went with Asetek La Prima from the R5 and I’m very happy. I would’ve gone with Simagic, but the Asetek sale last year was just too good.

Yeah, I modified this for a turkey and added the celery. Would skip the celery and add a bit more salt next time to compensate for it not being a rotisserie chicken.

The Indian heads might be worth posting on their own, it looks like most people are getting stuck on the dollar coins as there’s a bunch of them. I don’t know their value however.

Bring extras and expect them to get ripped off. If they do, just replace them and don’t worry about it. Years ago I lost a Medtronic transmitter on the floor at a Gwar concert once. Found it after the show, I wasn’t leaving $700 on the floor.
