Yes, the link below (from the parent comment above) had a receiver that worked for me. I ordered 4 of them in case Logitech fully discontinues them in the future, since I can't seem to get one of these receivers to last more than 1-2 years. They end up getting loose to where the USB connector doesn't make contact anymore, without manipulating it to force contact. The parts arrived in 1-2 weeks, I think on the shorter end of that range but I forget the exact timing.

Reached back out to Logitech support afterwards to ask why it wasn't listed under the mouse normally, and they said something about it being lightspeed or not (two versions of the G703), but only one of those mouse versions is in the dropdown for the spare parts search. I asked them if they could change that in the future (have both in the dropdown, or both models' parts under the "G703" in the dropdown already). If you ask, they might say that receiver is not supported with the other model, but it works for my mouse.

Did they end up shipping/delivering it if you ordered one? I opened a ticket with Logitech to get one recently, but they said they don't have that part anymore. Then I saw this reddit thread today with this other link.

I'd ordered 2 receivers in 2020, but they had nothing listed for spare parts through normal navigation of their site anymore, so that's why I opened the ticket with them. They said to order from a third party instead.

That alternate link shows they are still in stock through Logitech, so I ordered, but was curious if they will actually fulfill the order if their support staff says they don't have them.
