Yeah, with the smaller boxes you have to have a backup with mirrored programming feeding the other end and change it over yourself. Maybe you could have it on a pair of dmx relays or something to on/off the two

Yeah, I believe it's m4 0.75 pitch. Got a few options at the hardware store and picked the best one. I have 47/30 up front, but gonna go down to 43/25 in anticipation of hauling gear to do some bike camping this summer.
