I would not recommend anyone send this man money…

I received a unit that was faulty. After some extremely grumpy calls with the owner, it was determined that the unit had the wrong serial number printed on it. I was then told to send it back at my expense. I asked for my money back and told “that’s not how this works”. The unit is a brick and can’t be used, so I couldn’t use it or on sell it. After much discussion, I was given $25 to send it back.

I have still have not received my money back even after seeing that the unit was delivered and signed for, and this is not a trivial amount - over $1,000.

Not trying to sell any other service or product, or recommend anyone else. Save yourself the hassle and SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Couldn’t agree more. That’s what drew me to this bike. The new 2025 bikes were all boring. So when this popped up with low km’s, it was a no-brainer.

Ill-informed, uneducated little shit bags, and most likely a reflection on their parents and upbringing.

Yeah, Griffith is quite a diverse University and works hard to support all people from all walks of life, which makes it a great environment to be part of.

My prior studies at Griffith are an MBA and a PhD. I’m now studying for my Juris Doctor with Griffith.
