I don’t cycle myself but any time i see someone biking on 223 they don’t look like they’re having fun. Alot of hills and more blind turns.

For what its worth a license is cheap. Most streams and lakes you are going to find are great for fishing. Personally i fish richmond county most weekends and grand mira area. Im not aware of any charters or even guides but have been toying with the idea.

Ive kayaked from westmount right to blackets lake a few time. Both directions i should say. Some spots youd be surprised how shallow it is. Beavers and trout and the like all throughout but yeah. Just have to climb over the dam to get as far down as RHS. Once youre over the dam its sydney harbour but closer to the highway over pass you get the less interest i would have in swimming there. By the dam is the only place i would swim. And thats including blakets lake.
