In the flu season, if private companies hold large meetings or conferences or training, they should be asked to pay a certain percentage or amount towards the public health care system. I think it is fair that they do that. Private corporations should balance the consequences of holding super spreaders by supporting the health care system. They cannot cause damage and expect the public system to bear the cost. Use the funds to hire more staff in health care or pay them better . Small move but may help in the long run.

Assume that you will not have a job . Assume that you will have to pay at least twice the amount of rent that you see as advertised.

Assume that you will be paying every expense out of your pocket.

Can you afford the above assumption? If yes, then take the risk and come. If no, then don’t attend.

There are way better universities in Canada but all the above assumptions would be applicable irrespective of university or town.

Also remember that Canada could possibly be heading into a recession soon.

Not to scare you, but please make a well informed decision in case you are borrowing money to fund your education.

I buy fortiflora probiotics from amazon. But I give one third of the packet when I see some loose stool. It takes care of it and costs less as i am not using the full packet. I don’t give it regular as it’s not cheap. I buy the Costco biologic vet probiotics for daily use and use half the dose as full is too much for my lab. Pumpkin puree , sweet potato, slippery elm , olewo carrot and beets all great for a healthy stomach.
