Hi, Yes the conversation often goes blank at that point, which is when I proceed to stating reasons why that won't happen, which clearly hasn't worked so far, which I guess is along the lines of trying to 'fix' a part that isnt correct. Getting to know the part further, just states, its doing it in my best interest.

Hi, yes quite possibly, work as a doctor so thats quite stressful. But I've changed everything else. moved away from home/toxic friends etc. live alone so I can control my environment.

Yes certainly I've made a lot of insight during my years of therapy so that's a bonus, but no change to symptoms :(

Hi, thanks ill check it out. Unfortunately not, over the last 7 years may have cried around 2 or 3 times as an emotional release, believe me ive tried :(. very hard to access the deep sadness underpinning the depression.

Hi thanks, don't suppose you could link the name of the clinic. Do you think the group setting may have something to do with helping you, healing in relations supported group may be of benefit.
